NOVA Swimming Capital Campaign

NOVA of Virginia Aquatics is the premier aquatics destination in Central Virginia and a leader in promoting water safety, healthy lifestyles, and the lifelong sport of swimming. The competitive swim team, with 815 swimmers ages 5 to 18, is the #1 club in Virginia Swimming and #3 out of 2,500 clubs nationwide.

In September 2021, NOVA expanded its facilities to open a second pool in the space that was once the Macy’s department store in the Regency Mall. To realize the full vision of the space, in June 2024, NOVA announced a partnership with Henrico County to develop a second-floor spectator space.

Capital Campaign

In October 2024, NOVA launched a capital campaign to support the development of the new 1,000-seat upper level.

Strategy, content development and a variety of materials were developed for the campaign, including “Elevate” branding, presentation slides for pitch meetings with county administrators, display signage, a donor handout and an impact report.
